Summary: Ziggy is chased by some of Fresno Bob's goons. Ziggy morphs and teleports to escape. Dr. K is working on a new weapon - the Rail Saber. Venjix downloads himself into his new body. Ziggy decides that he needs to pay Fresno Bob back the 5 million dollars he lost him when he gave away the Medical Supplies. Tenaya 15 goes to Fresno Bob and makes him an offer to bring her something she wants, and in return, she will bring him Ziggy.

The Rangers battle Kilobyte. Kilobyte defeats the Rangers, but then leaves without finishing them. Tenaya 15 captures Ziggy. Fresno Bob's thugs bring him a case. Grinders are placing explosives all over the city. Tenaya 15 meets with Fresno Bob. Fresno Bob gives her the case. Kilobyte returns to the city and battles the Rangers. Tenaya 15 refuses to give him Ziggy and prepares to blast Fresno Bob, but Ziggy takes back his Morpher and saves him. The Rail Saber is complete, Gem takes the Rail Saber and heads out to help fight Kilobyte. Gemma goes to help Ranger Green. Ranger Red forms the Rail Blaster and takes down Kilobyte. Venjix makes Kilobyte grow. Tenaya 15 escapes with the case. Kilobyte takes on the Megazords. Dr. K detects the charges around the city. The Mach Megazord with Series Green Zord destroys the Grinders and the activation switch. The Rangers form RPM Ultrazord and defeat Kilobyte.

Kilobyte somehow survived and returns to the Venjix Palace. Tenaya 15 brings the case to Venjix.

Ziggy packs his things and prepares to leave, but Fresno Bob enters the Garage and explains that since he saved his life, they are now even.
